The American Society for Theatre Research posts information about several job and post-doc listings. The details for each are provided below.


Associate Editor of Theatre Survey (update 12/21/03)
Applications (or nominations) are invited for the position of Associate Editor for Theatre Survey, which is published by Cambridge University Press under the auspices of the American Society for Theatre Research. The new Associate Editor will officially begin in January 2005, serving as Associate Editor for two years, and then as Editor for two years.

Candidates should have a record of scholarly publication in theatre history/theory, be familiar with both landmark scholarship and new methodologies across the spectrum of the discipline, and be active in professional scholarly organizations, including ASTR. The promise of some institutional support, such as aid for a graduate assistant, would be an asset. The letter of application should describe your qualifications and include some description of potential institutional support. The application, your C.V., and the names of three people supporting your application should be sent by l October 2004 as email attachments to:
